Audience notes
- Why High-Intent is 0: it looks for a Klaviyo "Ordered Product" with "Pizza" in the name. The Fall Pizza products are new in Shopify this month, and past Roost pizza pickups never went through Shopify, so nobody qualifies. The "Past pizza customers" versions have no one to go to.
- Recommendation: send the "Everyone else" version of each email to Fall Pizza Cold Engaged (237). It already leaves out anyone who has bought a pizza product. Keep the High-Intent drafts on hold, unless Phil has a list of past pizza buyers we can import, then they get the "Past pizza customers" copy.
- Already ordered: "Fall Pizza 2026 Ordered" (U5szsi) = bought a pizza product since Oct 2, OR on the manual list QYnkvG. E2 and E3 exclude it. As of Oct 6 there are 0 pizza orders in Shopify. Phone and cash orders that skip Shopify go on the manual list by hand.
- Texts: sent from the GHL shop line. Audience is the 69 unique phone numbers that ticked the marketing text box on a Henn House form. We do NOT use the ~115 numbers that only agreed to texts about their own catering inquiry. Anyone who ordered pizza (Shopify order, matched by phone) or who opted out is removed at send time. The Klaviyo Text Messaging List is empty (0) and is not used.
- Links: each email button goes to the order page with tracking (utm_source=klaviyo, utm_content e1_cold and so on). Texts use short links, hennhousebbq.com/pizza/s1, s2 and s3. Each one redirects to the order page with tracking.
